Compliance Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and WhatsApp Business Policies when providing automation or messaging services. 6. Suspension & Termination AiSenders may suspend or permanently terminate vendor accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform's reputation. 7. Intellectual Property Vendors retain ownership of their own content but grant AiSenders permission to display business information, logos, and listings for platform operations. 8. Limitation of Liability AiSenders is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers. Vendors remain solely responsible for the products and services they provide. 9. Changes AiSenders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the vendor account constitutes acceptance of any revisions. 10.
